Course Introduction

We offer the world's three most reputable recognized freediving systems: AIDA, MOLCHANOVS, and PADI. All courses are taught by the coaching team of the Macau Freediving Association, providing students with the highest quality instruction. All courses are valid for one year, and class schedules can be arranged flexibly. Students only need to complete the theoretical, pool, and ocean depth hour requirements within the validity period and meet the course performance criteria to obtain an internationally recognized freediving certificate, allowing them to safely enjoy the fun of freediving!
