AIDA Compeition Safety Diver Course (Pool)

This course aims to cultivate appropriate safety awareness and rescue skills in participants for freediving competitions. By obtaining the AIDA certification, students will be able to play a crucial role as safety monitors in future freediving activities.
Requirements:
-
18 yrs or older
-
MOLCHANOVS WAVE1 / AIDA2 / PADI FREEDIVER or same degrees of other training center
Course Schedule :
Day 1:
-
Morning - Theory Lessons
-
Afternoon - Pool Tests and Rescue Training, Evening Review
Day 2:
-
Morning - Theory Lessons
-
Afternoon - Pool Practical Exercises, Written Exam
Performance of Completion:
-
Pass the theory exam with a minimum score of 75%
-
Participate in an AIDA pool competition event (as an organizer, judge, or competitor)
-
Complete 100m surface swimming in 1:45 without equipment
-
Complete 100m surface swimming in 1:30 with equipment
-
Complete 50m surface sprint in 0:35 using fins
-
DYNB 50m
-
Fast-paced DYNB 8x25m, with 15-second intervals
-
Static Apnea (STA) for 30 seconds at 1-3m depth (without additional weight)
-
Appropriate surface swimming techniques while safety monitoring DYN
-
Proficient DYN and STA rescue techniques
-
Demonstrate mental resilience
Certification Levels:
-
Level D: 50 points, Level C: 100 points, Level B: 150 points, Level A: 200 points
*Safety scoring for each competition event is divided into Competition Area Safety and Warm-up Area Safety. The Competition Area Safety score is calculated by multiplying the number of competition starts by 3 points, then dividing it among the safety personnel. The Warm-up Area Safety score is one-quarter of the Competition Area Safety score.
